The Birth of Bertha...

Big Bertha is delivered weighing in at a healthy 40kg!
Some people swear by them, some people laugh at them, but you won't laugh at Bertha because quite simply she'll break your back.
Kettlebell training will now be part of my regular training programme focusing on swinging movements in attempt to introduce further posterior chain work into my routine.
